本文以胡萝卜为基料,添加适当的增稠剂、增塑剂、抗水剂,利用胡萝卜的天然色泽,研究出胡萝卜纸的生产工艺参数及配方。
补充资料：醋腌萝卜
原料配方 长白萝卜200克 盐5克 红辣椒一个 醋30克 白糖5克 盐3克
制作方法
1.把萝卜削去皮，切成4厘米长的段，然后坚起，在原剖面上切出十字花，但不要切深，底下部留0.3厘米左右，使之不散。
2.把划好刀痕的萝卜放到盐水里腌30分钟，然后取出来抖散，用手压出水分。
3.把红辣椒切成小段，使之形成一个个红色的小圈，去掉籽。
4.把醋、白糖和盐兑成汁，将腌好的萝卜泡进去。
5.等醋味充分地渗进萝卜里后，把切好的红辣椒圈摆到萝卜花的中心，做出菊花状即可。
