      温度发生变化时所引起晶体的形变和热学量的改变,主要包括热膨胀、热导率和热阻率等。
  
  晶体的热膨胀描述晶体形变sij和温度变化ΔT之间的关系,其关系式为 sij=αijΔT。αij称为晶体的热膨胀系数,它定义为温度变化1℃时,晶体的长度或体积改变的分数。αij和sij都是二阶对称张量, 最多有6个独立分量。在主轴方向上的三个膨胀系数α1、α2、α3 称为主膨胀系数,晶体的体膨胀系数近似等于(α123)。
  
  热导率k和热阻率 r均描述温度梯度dT/dx和热流密度h两个矢量间的关系,关系式为:hi=-kijdT/dxj,dT/dxi=-rijhij。上式中kij和rij均为对称二阶张量,恒为正值,彼此互成倒数关系。它们都表征晶体的导热性能。式中负号表示温度梯度和热流方向相反。
