中国宋代私家藏书目录。南宋尤袤撰。尤袤(1127～1194),字延之，号遂初居士，无锡人。南宋绍兴十八年(1148)进士，曾任秘书丞、礼部尚书。能诗。家富藏书,在九龙山(今无锡惠山)下建有遂初堂,编《遂初堂书目》1卷。《遂初堂书目》(今传本)共收录图书3000余种。分为44类，对四部分类体系作了调整，突出本朝著作与新出现的图书，设有"小说"、"类书"、"乐曲"等小类。仅著录书名，部分款目著录作者。在经部书和一些史部书名之下简记版本情况，如记《史记》有"川本"、"严州本"。该目录中著录的版本有旧本、旧监本、秘阁本、京本、旧杭本、杭本等10余种，但未确记刻书地点与年月。该书开创了中国古代书目著录版本的先例。
