性质:将不同聚合物乳液一起搅拌均匀后,加入凝聚剂使异种聚合物共沉析以形成聚合物共混物体系。此法可保证共混产物的均匀性,但仅能适用于乳液法生产的品种。当原料聚合物为聚合物乳液、胶液或共混物以乳液形式被利用时,此法最为有利。常与共聚-共混法联用,也可作为熔融共混的预备性操作。主要优点是它能够接枝和交联,控制粒度分布,控制共单体的用量比。缺点是它需要铁和其他过渡金属元素作为氧化还原引发体系的组分。这些金属离子必须彻底洗净,否则树脂将在干燥或加工成型过程中发生降解。
