【性状】
本品为白色片或薄膜衣片、糖衣片，除去包衣后显白色。
【鉴别】
(1)取本品细粉适量(约相当于青霉素V10mg)，照青霉素V钾项下的鉴别(1)项试验，应显 相 同的反应。 (2)取本品的细粉适量(约相当于青霉素V5mg)，加水25ml，振摇使溶解，滤过，取续滤液，照分 光光度 法(附录Ⅳ A)测定，在268nm与274nm的波长处有最大吸收，在272nm的波长处有最小吸收。 (3)取本品的细粉约1g，炽灼，放冷后，取残渣，加2mol/L盐酸溶液5ml，加热至沸，放冷至室 温，滤过， 滤液显钾盐的鉴别反应(附录Ⅲ)。
【检查】
溶出度 取本品，照溶出度测定法(附录Ⅹ C 第一法)，以磷酸盐缓冲液(pH6.8)为溶 剂，转速 为每分钟100转，依法操作，30分钟时，取溶液适量，滤过，精密量取续滤液适量，用上述缓冲液稀释 成每1ml 中约含0.15mg的溶液；另取青霉素V对照品适量，精密称定，加上述缓冲液溶解并稀释成每1ml中约含 0.15mg的溶液。取上述两种溶液，照分光光度法(附录Ⅳ A)，在268nm的波长处分别测定吸收度，按 二者吸 收度的比值计算每片的溶出量。限度为标示量的75％，应符合规定。 其他 应符合片剂项下有关的各项规定(附录Ⅰ A)。
【含量测定】
取本品10片(如为糖衣片则除去糖衣)，精密称定，研细，精密称取适量(约相当于青 霉素 V0.15g)，置250ml量瓶中，加水150ml，振摇使溶解，加水稀释至刻度，摇匀，滤过，精密量取续滤 液5ml，置 100ml量瓶中，加水稀释至刻度，摇匀，再精密量取5ml，置25ml量瓶中，加咪唑溶液(取苯精制过的咪 唑 8.25g，加水60ml溶解后，加6mol/L盐酸溶液8.3ml，在搅拌下滴加0.27％二氯化汞溶液10ml，调节 pH值 至6.8±0.05，用水稀释至100ml，滤过)至刻度，摇匀，置60℃水浴中加热30分钟，取出放冷至室 温，照分光 光度法(附录Ⅳ A)，在325nm的波长处测定吸收度；另取青霉素V对照品，同法测定，计算。
