性质:又称促甲状腺素释放激素、促甲释放素。为简单的三肽。易溶于无水甲醇,略溶于氯仿,不溶于吡啶。为下丘脑分泌的多肽激素。促进垂体生成促甲状腺素,同时还能刺激垂体释放泌乳素。可影响细胞钙库,增加Ca2+浓度而发挥作用;且有抗内毒素性休克作用。用于诊断甲状腺功能,判定甲状腺功能亢进复发趋势。也可治疗甲状腺机能减退和甲状腺癌患者。制剂为注射剂。
