性质:无色透明易流动液体。沸点125℃,相对密度0.76(20/4℃)。溶于有机溶剂,与空气接触会迅速被水解生成三甲硅烷醇和六甲基二硅醚。闪点-1℃。

制备方法:将109g(1.0mol)三甲基氯硅烷溶于500ml无水乙醚,通入氨气,立即出现白色沉淀。加热至回流,慢慢通氨维持6h,使氯化铵沉降、过滤,取乙醚溶液先蒸出乙醚,再蒸出六甲基二硅氨烷,得52.5g,收率65%。

用途:用于生产橡胶、药物。该品是消减气相色谱载体表面吸附活的减尾剂。
