性质:焊接构件在进行焊后消除应力热处理时,对于某些含有沉淀强化元素的钢种(如含钒、钼、铬、钛、铌、硼等元素的碳化物),在焊后存在较大的残余应力,并有不同程度的应力集中。在热处理温度下,由于应力松弛而引起较大的附加变形,在焊接热影响区的粗晶部位产生裂纹,这种裂纹为再热裂纹。
