补充资料：五香糖醋蒜
蒜头50公斤、食盐2公斤、红（白）糖10公斤、酱油0.5公斤，蒜头处理同2。将大蒜洗净晾干，一层蒜撒一层盐，腌制一昼夜，重新入缸，加入糖、醋、酱油、五香粉加凉开水配制的卤汁，再次腌制，并用塑料布封口扎严。每天转缸两次，隔天开缸散气4－5小时，半月后改为3在散气一次，1月即成。
