| 聚乙酸乙烯酯 polyvinyl acetate 乙酸乙烯酯的聚合物。又称聚醋酸乙烯酯。英文缩写为PVAc。结构为  可通过乳液聚合制备，纯聚合物为固体，无色透明，软化温度为30～40℃。溶于甲醇、酮类、酯类、芳烃、氯化烷；不溶于高级醇类及无水乙醇、水等。阳光下不稳定 ，150℃以上颜色变深，225 ℃分解。主要以乳液形式使用，为白色乳状物，可做粘合剂。粘结力强、稳定性好，抗老化性颇佳且无污染。俗称乳胶的胶粘剂即此产物，可粘合木材、纤维、皮革、纸张，尤其木材家具应用最多。还可用作墙壁的涂料、室内地板、舰船甲板等。除了乳液聚合，还可通过悬浮或本体聚合制取，与其他单体共聚，如与乙烯的共聚物，使其用途更为广泛。 |
