【性状】
本品为无色澄清液体。
【鉴别】
(1) 取本品适量，照γ谱仪法（附录ⅩⅢ）测定，其主要光子的能量为 0.364MeV。 (2) 取本品，照放射化学纯度项下的方法测定，在R值约为0.8处有放射性主峰。
【检查】
pH值 应为7.0 ～9.0 （附录Ⅵ H）。
【放射化学纯度】
取载体溶液（取碘化钾0.1g、碘酸钾0.2g与碳酸氢钠1g，加水 100ml制成）适量，再取本品适量，以75％甲醇溶液为展开剂，照放射化学纯度测定法 （附录ⅩⅢ一法）试验，碘[I]化钠的放射化学纯度应不低于95％(R值约为 0.8)。
【放射性浓度】
取本品，照放射性浓度测量法（附录ⅩⅢ）测量，每1ml 的放射 性活度应不低于185MBq。

放射性药。
