      在流量过程线分析中划分出的、以过程线底部表示的、基本上稳定的水流流量。又称底水。它是河道中能常年存在的那部分径流。基流分割方法很多,但一般还难以做到精确定量。通常用斜线把一次洪水流量过程线分割成直接径流和基流两部分,如图所示。其中由本次暴雨形成的涨落变化较大的部分为直接径流,大体上相当于地面径流和表层流;其余相对稳定的那一部分大体上相当于地下径流。有时,人们把慢速表层流也并入基流。(见径流)
