性质: 又称压力喷雾(式)干燥器,喷雾(式)干燥器的一种。液体物料由泵送到装在十字旋转臂上的喷嘴,在一定压力下喷成雾状,与热空气接触而被干燥。空气由送风机送至预热器,热空气从干燥室的上端进入,于底部流经两个袋滤器,从废气排出管排出。已干燥的粉末(包括在袋滤器中回收的)落至卸料螺旋器上而被运走。优点是:(1)适用于逆流操作,同样适用于塔式或箱式干燥器;(2)雾化器价格便宜;(3)可得粗颗粒成品。缺点是:(1)操作弹性小,供液量和液滴直径随操作压力而变化;(2)产品粒度不均匀;(3)喷嘴容易磨损。适用于溶液、乳浊液物料的干燥。不适于含有固体粒子的物料。
