超声学设备的元件。具有压电效应的晶体。一般指单晶,有天然的,也有人工培养的。其性能与切割方式有很大关系,按不同使用要求应选用不同的切割方式。主要有石英、硫酸锂、铌酸锂、氧化锌、磷酸二氢铵(ADP)、酒石酸钾钠(罗谢耳盐)等。石英制造10MHz到1GHz范围内的超声换能器还用于频率控制和电滤波器。硫酸锂、ADP等可用于超声探伤、超声显微镜等方面。
