性质: 是聚酰胺与聚芳酯经适当共混得到的新型高分子材料。一般PA/PAR共混后性脆,需再加入冲击改性剂增韧。此材料和一般改性PA相比,冲击强度和热变形温度均显著提高,且能耐油、耐有机溶剂,因吸水而引起的尺寸不稳定性也明显优于PA。各公司产品性能不同,以X-9为例,它是PA和U-聚合物组成的共混物(U-聚合物是混合苯二甲酸和双酚A作用生成的一种聚芳酯),密度1.16g/cm3,拉伸强度58MPa,弯曲模量2200MPa,弯曲强度90MPa,悬臂梁缺口冲击强度23℃为400J/m,-30℃是210J/m,热变形温度0.46MPa负荷时为164℃,1.86MPa时150℃,吸水率(23℃水中24h)0.4%。通常用机械熔混法制备。可用于注射成型,生产汽车部件等。由于耐热性、涂装性好,可耐烤漆温度,多用于汽车外装件和发动机罩下一些部件,也用于电子仪表中耐热、耐冲击元件。
