性质:由面板(蒙皮)与轻质蜂窝芯材通过胶黏剂粘接成的层状复合结构。夹层结构面板可以是铝板或者碳纤维、玻璃纤维、芳纶纤维复合材料板。常用的蜂窝芯材料为铝箔、芳纶纸、玻璃布和牛皮纸等。夹层结构的突出特点是:弯曲刚度大,可充分利用材料的强度,重量轻。蜂窝夹层结构可以一次成型即上下面板的成型固化和面板与蜂窝芯的胶接固化是同时完成的;也可以二次成型即上下面板的成型固化与面板芯材的胶接固化先后分两次固化;也可以三次成型,则是上面板固化、下面板固化和面板芯材胶接固化,先后分三次进行。铝板作面板时需要在胶接之前进行表面处理,以提高胶接强度。夹层结构在飞机上应用比较广泛,如翼面、舵面、舱面、壁、地板、雷达罩等,还可以用作火车、地铁、汽车上的各种隔板,用玻璃纤维复合材料或芳纶复合材料为蒙皮以铝蜂窝芯、芳纶纸蜂窝芯制造的赛艇、游船性能优异,另外在滑水板、冲浪板、滑雪板等体育用品方面也得到应用。厚型的粗蜂窝夹层结构可用作建筑墙板,隔音、隔热效果好。
