      磁性材料在其居里温度附近进行的退火过程中,加一外磁场,使材料内部感生一单轴各向异性,从而改善磁性的工艺。通常在磁场中由居里点以下温度缓冷(如以10~20℃/min速度冷却)也可产生同样效应。由磁场处理产生的这种感生各向异性在室温下是稳定的,但重新加热就会被破坏。磁场热处理可使磁滞回线呈矩形,磁导率增大,矫顽力降低。如65Ni-Fe合金经磁场热处理产生磁织构后,磁滞回线为矩形;而进行一般退火时,磁滞回线则呈蜂腰状。
