性质:聚合物熔体在拉伸流动中,当增加拉伸速率而导致熔体拉伸黏度降低的临界值。聚合物熔体在拉伸流动中发生两种变化:(1)高分子链在拉伸力作用下发生伸展、取向,使分子间力增加,使拉伸粘度增加;(2)产生链解缠结作用,使拉伸黏度降低。其总效果依何种变化占优势而定。在纤维抽丝中,一般拉伸黏度随拉伸速率的增加而增大,这对成纤稳定性有利;当拉伸速率超过临界值后,拉伸黏度反而随拉伸速率的增加而降低,不利于稳定成纤。
