性质: 主晶相为铬酸镧(LaCrO3)的陶瓷材料。具有立方晶系钙钛矿结构。密度6.5g/cm3。熔点2490℃。100℃时电阻率1Ω·cm。向材料直接通电可发热,其表面温度可达~2000℃,呈黑色或深墨绿色。室温至1000℃的平均线热膨胀系数为9.7×10-6/℃室温时导热系数约为0.018J/(cm·s·℃)。主要原料为三氧化三镧和氧化铬。采用一般电子陶瓷工艺可制成棒形发热体,经高温烧结而成。用它制作的发热体表面辐射率和热效率都高,可在空气中工作到1400℃,如温度继续升高则铬挥发严重,因而使用受到限制。添加氧化锶、氧化钡可在一定程度上限制铬的发挥,提高高温氧化气氛下的稳定性。
