在铝电解槽内衬施工中,传统的加工工艺很难保证侧部碳块立面和角部碳块角面的精度,采用铣床对侧部碳块立面和角部碳块的角面进行加工,不但提高了加工精度,而且使侧部碳块砌筑效果非常好。
