According to the traditional nucleation-growth kinetics theory,with the estimation of relative parameters such as the transformation free energy and the interfacial energy,a relative quantitative theoretical calculation method for the PTT(precipitation amounttemperature-time) curve of microalloy carbonitride precipitated in ferrite is proposed.
根据经典形核长大动力学理论,分析解决了包括相变化学自由能、界面能、形核沉淀方式等一系列相关参量的理论计算或理论处理问题,由此提出了微合金钢中微合金碳氮化物在铁素体基体中沉淀析出的PTT曲线(沉淀量-温度-时间曲线)的相对定量理论计算方法。

The theoretical formula for the composition of the binary microalloy carbonitride and the solubility of related elements in austcnite were deduced according to the thermodynamic theory,thereby the effects of steel com- position on the carbonitride composition have been discussed and some in- structive conclusions have been obtained.
采用热力学计算方法推导出二元微合金碳氮化物的化学组成及有关元素在奥氏体中的固溶度的理论计算式,由此从理论上深入分析讨论了钢材化学成分对二元微合金碳氮化物化学组成的影响规律并导出一些重要的结论。
