Iengyln]1冷饮机(eold drink maker)一种带有制冷系统、以电为动力制作冷饮的制冷器具(见家用电器).冷饮机采用单级压缩制冷系统。压缩机对充人制冷系统内的制冷剂做功,制冷剂在流动过程中发生相变(气态、液态相互转变),使燕发器内的液态制冷剂燕发,吸收饮料的热量;在冷凝器内气态制冷剂被外界空气(或水)冷却而液化,放出热量,如此不断循环,使饮料降温。 喷射式冷饮机是冷饮机的代表机型(见图),其体积小,使用方便,适用于家庭、冷饮店、棍厅、公共场所制作冷饮用。喷射式冷饮机由贮雌、喷射泵组件、制冷系统和温度控制器等组成。喷射泵自贮堆底部吸人饮料,沿喷淋管送至贮罐上部,喷洒在筒形换热器顶面上,对饮料进行冷却。当饮料温度降到设定温度时,温度控制器断开电路,冷饮机停止工作。 喷射式冷饮机的容量一般为15~50L,饮料冷却┌───────────┐│二又竺丁一 ┌────┤│ │l │├──────┼────┤│雍夔豪 │l ││一过劝州登三├────┤│ │目二胜- ││ ├────┤│ │尾霎} │└──────┴────┘┌───────┬─┐ │片履 │{}│ └───────┴─┘ 喷射式冷饮机结构示意图温度1一7,C,压缩机输出功率100一25ow,使用22oV交流电源。
