滑泄
滑泄 病名。见《华氏中藏经·论脾脏虚实寒热生死逆顺脉证之法》。俗名滑泻。多为久泻久虚下脱，以致泄泻不能自制。《杂病源流犀烛·泄泻源流》：“滑泄，其泄不禁，泻久不止，大孔（肛门）如竹筒，日夜无度。”兼见食减，形寒肢冷，肿胀，短气，消瘦，神乏等症。宜固涩止脱，扶正祛邪。滑泄又有寒、热之分，脾肾虚寒为寒滑，轻证用补中益气汤或六君子汤加肉豆蔻、补骨脂、炮姜、肉桂等药；重者用八柱散、扶脾丸、肉豆蔻饮等方。热邪稽留，中气下陷则为热滑，宜用固肠丸、诃子散等方加减。参见久泄条。
