| 螺蛳 Margarya；snail 软体动物门中腹足目田螺科螺蛳属的通称。中国特有属，仅分布于云南的湖泊中。壳大型，高70毫米以上。外形呈圆锥形或塔圆锥形；壳面有棘状或乳头状突起，或仅有光滑螺棱。厣为角质薄片。雌雄异体，卵胎生，全年皆可繁殖。螺蛳以宽大的足部匍匐于湖底。肉味鲜美，螺黄（雄性生殖腺）更是人们喜食的佳品。在云南、贵州、广西的新生代地层中曾发现螺蛳属的化石种类。 |
