This article introduces the producing situation on the working face of mining integration in Shang Wan Coal Mine of Shen Dong Company,adds up the time of running reamers,reaming coal and operating the reamers in vain on the working face,calculates the rate of running machines on the working face and gives a simple analysis of how to improve the rate.

One is to use new convex technics to fix convex mould,which is adopting low-speed wire cutting method;to processing mould and fix plate to improve the roughness of mating surface;the other is adopting etch concave mould to improve mould production efficiency to reduce cost,shorten manufacture period.
