性质:橡胶的流动特性即高聚物分子运动的黏流特性。这种黏流特性具体表现在两个方面:一是胶料的黏度随温度增高而降低,这种黏度与温度的依存关系可用下式表示:黏度。式中,A为常数;E为黏流活化能;R为气体常数;T为绝对温度。二是胶料的黏度随切变速率(即加工机械速度)的增大而降低。以上两个黏流特性表明橡胶加工中胶料的加工温度与切变速度是十分重要的、需要严格控制工艺条件。还应指出,天然橡胶胶料温度对黏度的变化率小于丁苯及丁腈胶料,在加工中需注意。
