【性状】
本品为白色或几乎白色的结晶性粉末；无臭。 本品在二甲基甲酰胺中易溶，在甲醇或乙醇中微溶，在水或氯仿中几乎不溶。 比旋度 取本品，精密称定，加二甲基甲酰胺溶解并定量稀释制成每1ml中含2mg的溶液，依法测 定 (附录Ⅵ E)，比旋度为＋65°至＋72°。
【鉴别】
(1)取本品，精密称定，加甲醇溶解并定量稀释制成每1ml中含20μg的溶液，照分光光度 法 (附录Ⅳ A)，在238nm的波长处有最大吸收。 (2)本品的红外光吸收图谱应与对照的图谱(光谱集747图)一致。
【检查】
干燥失重 取本品，在60℃减压干燥4小时，减失重量不得过1.5％(附录Ⅷ L)。 炽灼残渣 取本品1.0g，依法检查(附录Ⅷ N)，遗留残渣不得过0.2％。 重金属 取炽灼残渣项下遗留的残渣，依法检查(附录Ⅷ H 第二法)，含重金属不得过百万分之 十。
【含量测定】
照高效液相色谱法(附录Ⅴ D)测定。 色谱条件与系统适用性试验 用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂；甲醇-水(60:40)为流动相；检 测波 长为240nm。理论板数按曲安西龙峰计算应不低于2500，曲安西龙峰与内标物质峰的分离度应大于 3.5。 内标溶液的制备 取氢化可的松适量，加流动相制成每1ml中含20μg的溶液，即得。 测定法 取曲安西龙对照品适量，精密称定，加流动相溶解并定量稀释制成每1ml中含0.16mg的 溶 液，精密量取5ml，置50ml量瓶中，用内标溶液稀释至刻度，摇匀，取20μl注入液相色谱仪，记录色谱 图；另 取本品适量，同法测定。按内标法以峰面积计算，即得。
