Six novel benzo[1-2,4-5]dioxazole derivatives containing stilbenyl were designed and synthesized from substituted aromatic aldehyde/ketone and 2,6-bis(4-chloromethyl phenylene)benzo[1-2,4-5]dioxazole through the Wittig-Horner reaction,and their chemical structures were determined by spectra and elemental analysis.

    分子式C14H12,分子量130.24。学名为1.2-二苯乙烯。无色晶体。有反式和顺式两种异构体。芪通常指反式,顺式则称作异芪。反式:熔点124℃,沸点806~307℃。密度(0/4℃固体)1.164g/cm3。不溶于水,微溶于乙醇,溶于乙醚和苯。异芪是黄色油状液体。熔点1℃,沸点145℃(1732.9帕--13mmHg)。芪的衍生物是染料和萤光增白剂的中间体,芪可由苄基镁化溴和苯甲醛反应制得。当受到紫外光照射时可转变为异芪。
