| 柠檬烯 limonene 一种萜。分子式C10H16。天然植物精油中含有右旋柠檬烯、左旋柠檬烯和消旋柠檬烯三种光学异构体。右旋柠檬烯存在于橙皮油、柠檬油、佛手油、莳萝油、黄蒿子油等中；熔点－74.3℃，沸点178℃，相对密度0.8411（20／4℃），比旋光度  ＋125.6°。左旋柠檬烯存在于苏联松节油和白千层油等中；沸点177～178℃（755毫米汞柱），相对密度0.8422（20／4℃）， －122.1°。消旋柠檬烯存在于西伯利亚松针油、柠檬草油、香草油等中；熔点－95.5℃，沸点178℃ ，相对密度0.8402（21／4℃）。三者都为具有橘皮愉快香气的无色液体。柠檬烯能在常压下蒸馏而不起变化，但暴露在空气中则很快氧化。柠檬烯与稀酸作用生成a-松油醇，后者用于香料工业中。 |
