性质:又称一次接触萃取。是溶剂萃取中最简单的一种操作方式。萃取过程系在一个单级的萃取器中进行,如图所示(图暂缺)。单级萃取可以间歇地进行,也可以连续地进行。间歇操作常在搅拌槽中进行,连续操作则通常在一个单级的混合澄清槽或单级离心萃取器中进行。萃取时,两相F与S在一次接触中,在极限情况下可以达到平衡浓度。由于溶质在两相中的分配系数数值是有限的,因此单级萃取后的萃余相及中往往含有较多的欲萃溶质,不能满足萃取率的要求。工程上一般都用多级萃取。
