Er,Yb∶Y2O3 laser ceramics precursor was synthesized by sol-gel method with Y2O3,Yb2O3 and Er2O3,and the pH value of the solution was 3~4.
以Y2O3,Yb2O3和Er2O3为原料,控制溶液的pH值为3~4左右,采用柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法制备出Er,Yb∶Y2O3倍半氧化物激光陶瓷前驱粉体。

The polycrystalline of Yb∶BaWO_4 had been synthesized by the way of liquid-phase reaction, and then the colorless and uncracked Yb∶BaWO_4 crystal was grown using Czochralski method.
采用液相法合成掺镱钨酸钡(Yb∶BaWO4)晶体的原料,并用Czochralski法(提拉法)生长出无色透明不开裂的Yb∶BaWO4晶体。
