    [用途]与正定霉素相似,但其抗瘤谱较广,治疗指数高,对增殖细胞各期均有杀伤作用。
    临床主要用于急、慢性白血病、恶性淋巴瘤,对正定霉素耐药者对本品仍敏感,对肺癌、绒毛膜上皮癌、乳腺癌、膀胱癌、甲状腺癌和软组织肿瘤也有一定疗效。与阿糖胞甙、醒基长春碱、氟脲嘧啶等合用可增加其疗效。
