This paper includes two parts, one is the research of extracting alumina from fly ash through lime autoclave - low temperature calcining process, the other is the research of producing the alumina clinker by-product through coal powder -lime burning process.

2、不准用金属棒在设备上敲打，不准用大锤在翻斗内破碎铁块。
3、配合并监督天车工操纵电磁盘，使其准确稳当地往翻斗放料。放料时，翻斗附近不得站人，以免出现人身事故。
4、经常清除散落在设备附近的料块。
5、工作后，翻斗中不许存在有料块。
