性质: 两种(或几种)液体形成的恒沸点混合物。有些混合物的共沸温度最低,因为总蒸气压最大,沸腾最易。例如乙醇的沸点是78.3℃,水的沸点是100℃,它们的混合物在78.13℃就沸腾。有些混合物的共沸温度最高,因为总蒸气压最小,沸腾最难。例如纯硝酸的沸点是86℃,水的沸点是100℃,它们的混合物在120.5℃才沸腾。
