火灾、爆炸危险指数


[火灾、爆炸危险指数]表示化学工艺工程、生产装置及贮罐危险程度的指标,是对化学工艺过程危险性进行定量评价的中心环节。它将评价的工艺过程分为几个单元,分别计算其火灾、爆炸危险指数,确定危险过程,并据此确定安全技术措施。火灾、爆炸危险指数的计算由4个部分组成,即物质系数MF,特殊物质危险值SMH、一般工艺危险值GPH、特殊工艺危险值SPH。
