In this paper,low carbon steel/stainless steel clad metal was presented using cold-drawn and Liquid-Soild diffusion bonding when Cu Foil and H62 Brass Foil was used as intermediate materials.

性质：含碳量低于0.03％的不锈钢，一般指奥氏体不锈钢。不锈钢中的碳含量降低到0.03％以下，即超低碳化，能有效地避免不锈钢出现贫铬区和防止晶间腐蚀敏感性。碳在铁素体不锈钢中的危害更加严重，当大约从927℃；以上快冷时就会沿晶界析出铬的碳化物，形成晶界贫铬区，而在腐蚀环境中容易发生晶间腐蚀，为了避免晶间腐蚀就要求碳含量必须低于0.01％。采用氩氧脱碳精炼法和真空氧脱碳精炼法，都能生产超低碳不锈钢。
