To better exploit and utilize Yuanjiacun iron ore of Tai Steel(Group) Co.
为较好地开发利用太钢(集团)公司袁家村铁矿石,在总结分析以往矿石性质研究和选矿工艺研究结果的基础上,对袁家村铁矿一期将入选的4种矿石类型单样进行了选矿工艺试验,并根据单样试验结果,采用阶段磨矿—弱磁—强磁—反浮选流程选别入选矿石中3种类型矿石组成的混合样(约占入选矿量的95%左右),获得精矿铁品位65。

A new type of anionic reverse flotation CSC-68,and a new modifier CSR-36 developed by Changsha Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy were adopted to make the inverse flotation tests on magnetic separation concentrate for Yuanjiacun iron ore,and then test results are compared with that of four reagents combination of the traditional NaOH + Starch + CaO + fatty acid anions collector.
采用长沙矿冶研究院研制的新型阴离子反浮选捕收剂CSC-68和新型调整剂CSR-36对袁家村铁矿石磁选精矿进行了反浮选试验,并与传统的NaOH+淀粉+CaO+脂肪酸阴离子捕收剂4药剂组合进行了对比。
