（名数）谓难行道与易行道也。龙树所立之名目。初地至不退位有二道。自力修行勤苦而后渐达佛位之困难，以如陆路步行之苦，故称之为难行道。反之而以信方便之念佛，得速至佛位之他力道，恰如水道乘船，无何等苦痛而乐？是名易行道。净土十疑论曰：“论曰于五浊恶世无量佛所，求阿鞞跋致，甚难可得。盖言娑婆世尘境粗疆，五欲障蔽，难入于道，故名难行道。谓凭信佛语，修行念佛三昧，求生净土，复乘阿弥陀佛愿力摄持，决定往生，故名易行土。”
