The powders of Ba_1xSr_xTiO_3 consisting of solid solutions were synthesized by HPDS(homogeneous phase direct synthesis) process using a stoichiometrical mixture of the soluble salt of titanium,barium and strontium as the reactants while MOH(M=Na,K) as precipitant and temperature is below 100 ℃ and reaction time is about 4~5 hours.
