In order to study the effects of element titanium and different titanium alloying methods on the fatigue properties and fracture toughness of alloy ZL108 systematically, the electrolytic low titanium alloying ZL108 (referred as ZL108D) and the low titanium alloying ZL108 by melting (refer as ZL108R) are made from electrolytic low-titanium aluminum base alloy and Al-Ti maste.

rongyon dlanJ一efo shengchan IUj一muheJin熔盐电解法生产铝基母合金(produetion ofa luminlum master alloy by molten salt elee-trolysis)把直流电流通入溶有氧化铝和合金元素化合物的熔盐电解质中,在电解槽阴极上析出铝基母合金的过程。为铝基母合金生产方法之一。铝基母合金的传统生产方法是使铝和合金元素在炉内于高温下熔合而成。传统法的优点是合金质量容易控制,缺点是金属损失量大,生产成本高。熔盐电解法是把合金元素的氧化物或卤化物与氧化铝一起加入电解槽电解,在阴极上直接析出所需要的铝基母合金。熔盐电解法的优点是不必直接使用合金元素,合金质量均匀,生产可连续进行,生产规模大、成本低。工业上已实现了电解法生产铝硅母合金,电解法生产铝铁母合金,电解法生产铝锰合金和电解法生产铝确母合金和电解法生产铝稀土母合金。 (邱竹’贤徐树田)
