ZnO nanoparticles have been adopted as the basic gas-sensing materials, it was studied on the effect of doping techniques, such as various doping materials(V2O5 & WO3)、doping contents(1 wt%,5 wt%,10 wt%,30 wt%)and sintering temperatures(450℃,650℃,850℃), to ZnO based composite materials’forming, especially on the effect of high doping content to fabricating multiplex composite gas-sensing ceramics.
本文以颗粒状纳米ZnO为气敏基体材料,研究不同的掺杂种类(V2O5和WO3)、掺杂含量(1 wt%,5 wt%,10 wt%,30 wt%)和烧结温度(450℃,650℃,850℃)等掺杂工艺对ZnO基复合陶瓷材料的形成及其性能的影响,尤其是大量掺杂所制备的多元复相气敏陶瓷的掺杂效应;结合材料的微观分析(XRD和FESEM)以及相关理论,阐明了试验中的电阻和气敏现象;探讨了纳米ZnO基厚膜敏感元件对于聚氯乙烯(PVC)热作用所散发气味的检测实用性,并通过多次重复试验评价其气敏检测性能。
