性质:药物引起的肾脏毒性反应。肾脏是机体的主要排泄器官,特别容易受到药物的影响,一些药物可对肾脏产生直接毒性作用或通过过敏反应造成肾脏损伤。肾毒性临床表现轻重不一,最早症状可为蛋白尿和管型尿,继而可发生氮质血症、肾功能减退,严重时可出现急性肾衰和尿毒症等。肾毒性可为一过性,也可为永久性损伤。可导致肾毒性的常见药物有某些抗菌药、抗肿瘤药、解热镇痛抗炎药、麻醉药、碘化物造影剂、碳酸锂、氨苯蝶啶等。
