| 唐山陶瓷 中国河北省唐山地区生产的陶瓷器。唐山地区煤藏丰富，作为陶瓷器原料的耐火矾土，硬质、软质（可塑）粘土以及石英、长石等无机非金属矿产资源充裕，是理想陶瓷产区。 明代永乐年间，山西省介休和山东省枣庄等地居民先后移居唐山，带来制缸技术，群集于市区东北的两个地段，利用就地原料和燃料生产缸类产品。两地分别取名为东缸窑和西缸窑。清代光绪年间，开始生产棕釉粗碗，并有施化妆土的灰胎白瓷和少量仿古瓷应市。以后在近代工业影响下，启新瓷厂、德盛瓷厂及东西缸窑各陶瓷厂先后采用机械设备和新技术。20年代，启新瓷厂开始生产不施化妆土的白瓷，并有各色地砖、瓷砖出口。1935年，卫生瓷开始销往新加坡、马来西亚等地。40年代唐山陶瓷业衰落，50年代得到恢复，并形成综合性的陶瓷生产体系，进入全国陶瓷大型生产基地行列。日用陶瓷于1956年开始出口。1976年7月28日唐山发生大地震，陶瓷工业全部被摧毁。但在国家和各地支援下，不久生产便得到迅速恢复。1979年唐山瓷开始进入国际市场。 唐山瓷属于K2O-Al2O3-SiO2系列 ，所使用的原料除本地产的高铝矾土、硬质粘土、软质粘土（紫木节等）、石英、长石外，还有本省及外省出产的高岭土、瓷石等原料，如章村土、宽城土、徐水土、衡水土、大同砂石和镁质原料及海城滑石等。唐山研制成功两次烧成的骨瓷、白玉瓷。50年代以后生产大型陶瓷产品，如浴盆、电镀槽等。80年代采用了塑性挤压陶瓷器成型方法，试制成功隧道窑微机自控烧成新技术。 唐山陶瓷器装饰技术和风格对北方陶瓷产生较大影响，首创了氢氟酸腐蚀出花纹再填描金色的雕金装饰和用喷枪或喷笔作画的喷彩装饰等。 |
