性质:具有S—O—C链的一类化合物,通式为R3SiO—R′,其中R=CH3最为常见。由醇(或醇钠)与氯硅烷反应或者由醛、酮与R3SiZ(其中Z=Ar,CN,CH2CN,CH2CO2Et等)反应而得。热稳定性好,温和条件下水解又易于制备,故常用于保护羟基、羰基或者作为衍生物讲行质谱或气相色谱分析。硅烯醇醚(silylenol ethers),在有机合成中有很多用途。
