性质:灰蓝色粉状,在浓硫酸中呈绿色,稀释后转蓝色;在浓硝酸中呈艳蓝色,稀释后转浅蓝色。水中溶解度,20℃时70g/L,50℃时130g/L。其水溶液呈蓝色,加1N氢氧化钠溶液色泽不变,继续加保险粉并温热,转紫色,再加过硼酸钠回复至蓝色,但略浅。

制备方法:由苯胺-2,5-二磺酸与三聚氯氰及乙二胺缩合,再与铜酞菁磺酰氯缩合,而后经盐析、过滤、干燥等片理过程,而制得产品。原料消耗(kg/t)苯胺-2,5-双磺酸(100%) 187三聚氯氰(99%) 116氨水 77氯磺酸 827苯酐 161盐酸(31%) 87乙二胺 27碳酸氢钠 27烧碱(100%) 414氯化亚砜 237精盐 1180氯化亚铜(100%) 30钼酸铵(100%) 2三氯化苯 58纯碱(工业) 83(如直接采用铜酞菁作原料,约耗165kg/t)

用途:适用于棉布轧卷或连接轧染色,除单色外,常与活性黄色染料拼染艳绿色。用于印花,对棉或粘胶织物可采用直接、防染、拔染法;维棉混纺织物可用直接印花。该品可与活性黄KD-3G拼黄光嫩绿色,用量为5:1时,与还原艳绿2G的色光接近;用量为10:1时,与还原艳绿FFB色光接近。也可与活性紫K-3R拼蓝色,与活性嫩黄M-7G拼艳绿色。
