【处方】
碘 20g 碘化钾 15g 乙醇 500ml 水 适量 ─────────────── 全量 1000ml
【制法】
取碘化钾，加水20ml溶解后，加碘及乙醇，搅拌使溶解，再加水适量使 成1000ml，即得。
【性状】
本品为红棕色的澄清液体；有碘与乙醇的特臭。
【鉴别】
(1) 取本品1 滴，滴入淀粉指示液1ml 与水10ml的混合液中，即显深蓝 色。 (2) 取本品5ml ，置水浴上蒸干，缓缓炽灼，使游离碘完全挥发，残渣加水溶解后， 显钾盐与碘化物的鉴别反应（附录Ⅲ）。
【含量测定】
碘 精密量取本品10ml，置具塞锥形瓶中，加醋酸1 滴，用硫代硫 酸钠滴定液(0.1mol/L)滴定至溶液无色。每1ml硫代硫酸钠滴定液(0.1mol/L)相当于12. 69mg的Ｉ。 碘化钾 取上述滴定后的溶液，加醋酸2ml 与曙红钠指示液0.1ml,用硝酸银滴定液 (0.1mol/L)滴定，至沉淀由黄色转变为玫瑰红色；将消耗的硝酸银滴定液(0.1mol/L)的 容积(ml)减去上述消耗的硫代硫酸钠滴定液(0.1mol/L)的容积(ml)。每1ml硝酸银滴定液 (0.1mol/L)相当于16.60mg的KI。
