性质:温度对反应速率的影响可用阿仑尼乌斯(Arrhenius)经验关系式k=Ae-Ea/RT表示。指前因子A一般是常数,但有时发现要使实验数据适合该表达式,活化能Ea和A都得增加或都得减少,结果反应速率k改变就会比只是Ea或只是A改变来得少,即一个参数的改变被另一个完全地或部分地“补偿”了。由绝对反应速率理论推知,结果活化络合物和反应物之间的焓变△H≠的增加伴随着熵变△S≠的增加,就会产生补偿效应。
