      纺织品在染整过程中,经各种化学剂的湿热处理并受到机械张力等作用,不仅组织结构发生变形,而且能引起手感僵硬和粗糙,柔软整理是弥补这种缺陷使织物手感柔软的加工过程。柔软整理有机械的和化学的两种方法,机械法采用捶布等工艺,使纱线间或纤维间相互松动,从而获得柔软效果;化学法是用柔软剂的作用来降低纤维间的摩擦系数以获得柔软效果。化学方法较为常用,有时也辅以机械方法。通常是将纺织物在柔软剂溶液中浸渍一定时间,然后脱液、干燥。有时也可以把柔软剂与其他整理剂一并使用。有的柔软剂经过烘焙能产生耐洗整理的效果。柔软剂按离子类型区分,有阴离子型、阳离子型、两性型和非离子型。有的柔软剂具有碳氢长链,整理的产品手感软滑而丰满。有的柔软剂是有机硅聚合物,整理的产品手感滑爽。有时将两者混合使用,整理的产品手感既丰满又滑爽。阴离子型柔软剂主要用于纤维素纤维制品,处理后织物吸水性和缝纫性良好,但柔软效果较用阳离子型处理为差。阴离子型柔软剂适用于各种纤维,用于腈纶制品效果最好。经处理的织物,柔软而平滑,但会降低某些染料的日晒牢度。两性型柔软剂可在较大的pH范围内应用,但柔软效果较?汀7抢胱有腿崛砑劣肫渌萍恋南嗳菪越虾茫糜谟胧髦〈怼7闹啡崛硇阅苌形尥骋坏牟馐苑椒ǎ饕瞧臼指薪衅蓝ā?
