性质:就是在单体中加入定量的引发剂、增塑剂、脱模剂等混溶后制成转化率约为10%左右的浆液,这种制浆工艺称为预聚合。例如采用本体聚合制平板有机玻璃时即用此法,然后再将预聚合的浆液灌模加热进一步聚合制成板材。甲基丙烯酸甲酯的密度为0.94g/cm3,制成浆液后,密度一般为0.96~0.98g/cm3,成品的密度为1.17~1.19g/cm3。预聚合可以适当减少聚合时的收缩;预聚合是通过加热使引发剂分解,激发单体活化,促使链增长,可以加速聚合反应的进行,控制热效应的散热。
