材 料：意大利面150克，红辣椒适量，小西红柿适量，洋葱适量，芹菜适量，色拉油3大匙，青
椒适量，牛肉汤1大匙。
调味料：番茄酱1大匙，精盐1/2小匙，酱油1大匙，白糖1/2小匙，白酒1大匙，胡椒粉少许。
做 法：1、西红柿一切两瓣；芹菜、青椒、红辣椒切条；洋葱切丝。
2、铝锅上火，加1/2清水，烧沸后下入意大利面，煮6分钟至熟，捞出沥净水分，用色拉
油调拌备用。
3、炒锅上火烧热，下入色拉油，放入洋葱煸炒出香味，再下入调味料、牛肉汤、意大利
面略翻炒入味，加小西红柿、芹菜、青椒、红辣椒、翻拌均匀，出锅装盘即可。
